課程概述

The objective of this course is to train students to integrate the best currently available scientific information to complete a risk assessment report. At first, students will be asked to identify a topic of their own interests, to search the currently available toxicological data and environmental monitoring or food residue data. and to conduct hazard identification, dose-response assessment, and risk characterization by themselves. If neccessary, additonal environmental modeling and statistical modeling courses will be provided to help students upgrade their assessment skills. A 300-word and 1000-word English abstracts will be prepared for submission to the annual meeting of the Society for Risk Analysis. The final report will be prepared by following a specific journal format and intended to be sumbitted to this jounal.

Students will be trained to complete a well-written risk assessment report. This report will be further presented at the annual meeting of Society for Risk Analysis. 
課程要求
Completion of the risk assessment or related couse, however, the risk assessment is preferred.
